Using Quantely
Quantely helps organisations follow digital presence, engagement and conversions. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. Only connect websites and accounts you are authorised to manage.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain your rights to the data and content you provide. Use of the service requires processing that data to deliver reporting and support. You are responsible for your permissions, visitor notices and any required consent. Where required, a separate data processing agreement must govern customer personal data.
Beta access and subscriptions
Quantely is currently in beta. Account registration does not activate a paid subscription or guarantee workspace access. Pricing, limits, payment, renewal and cancellation conditions will be presented before any paid subscription is accepted. Paid checkout is not yet available.
Availability and acceptable use
Features and integrations may change or be interrupted during the beta. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt other customers. Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse or security risks.
Questions and final terms
Customers can use Contact in their workspace for questions. The provider’s legal identity and contact details, final commercial conditions and applicable legal provisions still need to be completed. These draft terms do not replace an existing agreement or limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
